HOW DO WE HELP ?

workshops & camps

Through the use of structured experiences, group discussions and interactions, we hold dynamic, engaging and interactive sessions designed to provide participants with the opportunity to increase their awareness of mental health.

Campaigns

We aim to foster a world where mental health is for everyone. In this venture, we collaborate with other organisations which resonate with the same goal as ours, to conduct Live sessions and social media campaigns to spread awareness.

Sharing spaces

We provide people a place to share their experiences by fostering a safe space. This is cathartic for the one sharing it and empowering for the community.

Professional Help

We raise funds through our events and collaborate with Mental
Health Professionals to make therapy more accessible and affordable
for all.

With the Huesletter, we wish to stir more conversations about Mental Health, provide a place to share & express what we feel, cultivate self-love, compassion & empathy and most importantly, remind you to take a break.

I still remember the day Manasi reached out to me to talk about HOTM. I was so happy to know a group of students working on something so much bigger than themselves.
